- ➤ Today, UMass Lowell’s Lowell Center for Space Science and Technology signed an agreement with Space Centre Australia LLC to form a global consortium for aerospace research— the five-year deal gives researchers access to a C-130J-30 Super Hercules Research Aircraft from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility and allows more institutions to join future space and environmental missions.
