  • On October 4th, Lowell will host a day of fall events including a Volunteer Fair at Dutton Street Market from 11:00AM—2:00PM, Open Streets Lowell on Merrimack Street from 12:00—4:00PM, Western Avenue Open Studios from 12:00—5:00PM, and Hawktoberfest at LeLacheur Park from 12:00—5:00PM.
