  • ➤ At a Lowell City Council meeting on September 23, Ross Forman of TNA Wrestling and TNA Knockouts champion Ash By Elegance promoted the Bound for Glory event on October 12 while councilors discussed the Markley petition to nearly triple diesel fuel storage at One Markley Way amid neighborhood concerns—residents complained about pollution, noise, and lost greenery. Councilor Belanger has referred the issue to an environmental subcommittee scheduled to meet in October.  Inside Lowell
  • ➤ At last night's Lowell City Council meeting, residents, environmental activists + councilors voiced strong concern about the Markley Group's plan to increase backup generator fuel capacity and its possible impact on the neighborhood.
