- ➤ InsideLowell has added veteran talk show host Gerry Nutter to its election coverage as Lowell voters prepare for a preliminary election live broadcast on September 9 and a general election on November 4—Nutter, who returns to his Sunday Notes column, will join former Mayor John Leahy and other analysts to provide real-time results and insights.
