GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Superintendent Hudon introduced co-response clinician Skyla Insogna, who has worked with Lowell Police since early June to help people in mental health crises and avoid extra hospital visits and arrests. The program has already diverted 302 hospital visits and 148 arrests and plans to add a second clinician soon + it has handled over 1,400 interventions since it began in 2021. Inside Lowell
