- ➤ Teamsters Local 25 presented college scholarships worth $78,000 to 39 high school students at its recent membership meeting — one local graduate, Harrington R. - ➤ Lowell was selected as one of 36 cities to receive technical support, planning help, and studies to set up on-street EV charging stations under a MassCEC program funded by ARPA—residents can share their input through a community survey to choose the best locations for these stations. - ➤ Paulette Renault-Caragianes announced she will not run for the District 2 City Council seat because her troubling knee injury stops her from campaigning fully.
