- ➤ Lowell Public Schools received $5-million in clean energy funding today from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to upgrade Jeanne D’Arc School with air source heat pumps and energy efficiency improvements for students with autism in PreK to 12. The grant is part of the Green School Works program aimed at reducing school costs and pollution + it will help create a safer, healthier learning environment. Inside Lowell
