GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Crews will begin drilling investigative soil borings in the Merrimack River on Monday, June 16 to collect soil data for the new Rourke Bridge design—street soil borings on Wood Street, Middlesex Street, Pawtucket Boulevard, and Old Ferry Road will start in early July. Work will occur weekdays between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with temporary lane closures and police guidance arranged for traffic safety.  Inside Lowell
