  • Coalition for a Better Acre received a $258,000 grant from NeighborWorks America to build more affordable homes, fight hunger, and run free programs that help people manage money in the Acre neighborhood.   • The first group of UMass Lowell Biotech Career Foundations students graduated on June 5 after completing eight weeks of hands-on lab training and career guidance.
