  • Lowell Folk Festival—marking nearly 40 years of folk music—announced the first group of artists who will perform on stages in Downtown Lowell from July 25 to 27. The lineup includes act styles like Cajun, Celtic, and blues, and more performers will be named soon.  Inside Lowell
