- ➤ Math Resource teacher Amilia Colon at Butler Middle School is boosting math learning and student confidence through programs like CHICAS—a Saturday program that helps Latina students learn math and science—and organizing STEAM night that drew over 300 families. - ➤ Lowell Public Schools announced three grants—worth over $83,000—to support science learning, teacher diversity, and career training in its schools.
