- ➤ Officers Daniel DeJesus and Cherubin Musangu became the first two cadet graduates to join Lowell PD’s full-time force when they graduated from the Lowell Police Academy on Oct. 10, 2024 — they gained community policing experience through the paid Cadet Program and passed the Massachusetts Civil Service Exam with high scores before joining the late night patrol shift.
