- ➤ Lowell’s Greater Lowell Community Foundation announced $700,000 in grants to 47 nonprofits through its Resilience and Care Grants program today, with funds being distributed by month’s end to help organizations address food insecurity, housing, and other essential needs (including childcare and legal advocacy) amid recent federal and state funding cuts.
