About this event
This class is designed for students who have a novice understanding of ballet and who are looking to build strength, stamina, and musicality. This level will dive deep into the hard work of ballet and will focus on whole body strength and flexibility. Students will work on refining basic positions, vocabulary, and mechanics and will study medium length barre and centre exercises. This class is perfect for you if you have had 1-2 years of ballet experience.
