Join us for Wilderness First Aid Training on Saturday, November 14th, and Sunday, November 15th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Wasserman Park in Merrimack, NH. This comprehensive 16-hour course, priced at $250 per person, is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and trip leaders seeking advanced first aid skills beyond the basics for short excursions with family and friends. Participants will learn essential skills including response and assessment, handling musculoskeletal injuries, managing environmental emergencies, survival skills, and addressing soft tissue and medical emergencies.
Upon successful completion of the course, including passing the written and practical assessments, participants will receive a Wilderness First Aid certification from SOLO, valid for two years. An optional Adult CPR Certification Course will also be available Saturday evening for an additional fee of $50, although certification is not mandatory. Enjoy coffee and snacks provided each day.
