About this event

Join Dr. Michele Ricard and guest presenter Dawn Geoffroy this month as we learn how to care for a sourdough starter and how to make your very own sourdough bread! Dawn will bring some sourdough that is ready to eat as well as starters for attendees to take home. If you are interested in making your own bread at home after the presentation, feel free to bring a medium sized ball jar with a wide opening and lid.

Dr. Ricard will frequently invite guests to share specific dishes and/or cuisines with the group.

Suggested donation: $5

Registration is not required! Feel free to drop in :) No one turned away for lack of funds.
