About this event
Designed to build strong defensive foundations, this class teaches proper footwork, balance, and fielding technique while improving coordination, speed, and confidence on the field. Athletes develop explosive movement, agility, and defensive efficiency through structured footwork, reaction, and fielding drills. Emphasis is placed on range, clean glove-to-hand transfers, throwing accuracy, and overall defensive performance.
