You built a great curriculum. Learners liked it. Outcomes improved. So why won’t anyone publish your paper? Too often, curriculum research asks a question whose answer is already known: “Did it work?” In this session, Dr. Cook will challenge conventional approaches to studying educational innovations and show how to shift from evaluating local success to advancing a broader scholarly conversation. Using practical examples, he will identify common traps that undermine publishability, and show how better questions, stronger conceptual framing, and smarter study designs can turn local educational work into relevant, useful, transferable – and publishable – scholarship. Please join us for this exciting session!
