About this event
NOVEMBER 14 — EMBODIED ALIGNMENT
Tickets (sliding scale): $25 – $35 https://www.danielmontoyareiki.com/events/reiki-dance
REIKI DANCE is a live healing experience combining Reiki, somatic movement, meditation, intuitive dance, live music, and sound healing to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional ease, and deeper connection with the body.
Theme: Embodied Alignment — From Inner Knowing to Conscious Choice
**How do I live and move in alignment with what I know?**
This Reiki Dance explores the relationship between inner awareness and conscious action. Through Reiki, breath, body awareness, boundaries, directional movement, and intuitive dance, we practice noticing what it feels like to choose rather than simply react.
Listen inward → Reiki, breath, body awareness
Choose your direction → boundaries, intention, conscious movement
Embody what feels true → intuitive dance, expression, alignment
Integrate → Reiki, stillness, sound healing
The practice is not about finding the “right” direction. It is about strengthening the relationship between what we sense, what we value, and how we choose to move through the world. No Reiki or dance experience is required.
