About this event

You've spent years holding everything together. This weekend, something holds you.

A two-night retreat for women who feel the pull to rest, renew, and come home to their own feminine radiance — led by a psychotherapist and a shamanic teacher with 40 years experience, in an intimate circle by the water at Rolling Ridge, North Andover, MA.

Does this sound like you?

• You take care of everyone, work, family, clients, and can't remember the last time someone took care of you.

• You feel a creative, restless energy in you that daily life keeps no room for.

• You're curious about ceremony and spiritual practice, but wary of anything that feels flaky or unsafe.

• You want real sisterhood, not small talk, but women who will witness you in your truth

Why women trust this retreat

• 60+ years of combined ceremonial and clinical experience between the two guides.

• A small, capped circle this retreat is never run as a crowd.

• Co-led by an LICSW psychotherapist and a Reiki Master & shamanic teacher, so the ceremony holds you rather than overwhelms you.

Go deeper: the teachings behind the Rose Path

Divine Feminine Energy

Within you lives a connection to universal feminine wisdom that knows receptivity, intuition, cyclical rhythm, embodiment and relational wisdom. In our current culture, these vital aspects of feminine energy have too often been devalued. This retreat is an invitation to reclaim them.

When women gather together in community to connect with feminine energies, strengthen our access to our own feminine power and practice living from our inner truths we feel more fully ourselves and then are able to live more joyfully and share our gifts with the world.

Here, we honor rest and the cyclical seasons of a woman's body and listen to the body, dreams and intuition as valid sources of healing and empowerment. We reclaim our creative life force, our raw, generative energy through ceremony, art, ritual and connection. And we lead through weaving and holding space, rather than through hierarchy and domination.

Divine feminine energy is within you and all around you. One of nature's most profound guides to it is the rose. The rose is a fragrant and healing gift of mother earth. Roses, with their soft petals and fragrance and thorny stems, have been used across cultures for centuries as a model and inspiration for feminine wisdom as beauty that isn't passive and softness that isn't weakness.

The Rose Path

The Rose Path is a living stream of sacred feminine wisdom that guides you home to your embodied truth. Roses carry both celestial and earthly energies, the radiance of sun and stars and the grounding nourishment of the earth. Their mandala-like form, fragrance, and vibration hold profound healing for women, helping to soften the heart, expand intuition, and awaken inner radiance.

This retreat opens the doorway to this wisdom. Feel supported by sisterhood during the weekend. Learn how to connect with the spiritual support of the Rose Realm in your daily life. The Rose Realm is a living dimension of spiritual guidance and wisdom carried by ancestral women spirits and the spirits of nature and the rose flowers, arranged to support you on your life journey.

During this retreat you will be initiated into connection with the Rose Realm and receive its empowerment to open you to your own gifts and personal power as a woman living from her heart and truth.

Through communion with living roses and their energetic frequencies, you will learn how rose energy can support your healing, creativity, and spiritual expansion.

Why Roses?

Since ancient times, priestesses worked with Rose Codes: energetic teachings carried by the roses themselves, to restore love, beauty, and power within the body and spirit. To merge with rose energy is to merge with love.

This retreat teaches you to attune to the deep lineage of feminine support and wisdom that surrounds you at all times, which is symbolized and carried by the living vibrations of the rose flower. Rose Realm frequencies clarify your intuition, strengthen your heart, awaken your creativity, and connect you with the beauty and wisdom of your own body.

The Rose Path: four activations, one weekend

This weekend moves you through the different rose frequencies — a distinct ceremony, a distinct part of yourself reclaimed in each activation. This is the real shape of the rose retreat, from start to finish.

🌹 Red Rose — Friday evening & Saturday morning

Set it all down. Opening circle, energetic cleansing ceremony and the Womb Lodge — a womb-chakra empowerment ceremony, moon meditation, and embodiment ritual that reconnects you to the inner fire you've been too busy to feel.

🌸 Pink Rose — Saturday afternoon

Soften into love. A heart-opening ceremony at Rolling Ridge's mystical labyrinth, walking you inward to meet yourself with deep self-compassion and self-love.

🤍 White Rose — Saturday evening

Quiet the noise. A third-eye activation to awaken your intuition and inner knowing, then dancing by the fireside under the night sky — unguarded, together and free!

✨ Gold Rose — Sunday morning

Claim it. A crown-chakra ceremony and inner-mystic-priestess activation, closing with a ceremony that sends you home radiant, not just rested.

What women are saying

It's healing, emotional, transformative and life changing. It's so special to have beautiful sisters around me supporting and loving me.

I wanted to be there because I was feeling the need to be lighter, and when I left I definitely felt lighter. I highly recommend it — I think every woman should attend this wonderful retreat.

So thoughtfully planned, no detail missed. A lovely retreat center to rest in, and a heartfelt kindness that held us all with such grace. Pure magic!

The anxiety and fear I initially felt faded away, breaking down walls and opening my heart to a soulful connection with a powerful force of beautiful strong women. I am forever blessed and changed.

Questions we hear most

I've never been to a retreat like this. Will I feel out of place?

Most women arrive having never done ceremony work before. Liz and Leontine hold the space step by step, so you're never asked to do anything you're not ready for.

I'm not sure I'd call myself "spiritual." Is this still for me?

Liz is a licensed psychotherapist (LICSW) as well as a ceremonialist, and her work is trauma-aware and grounded. She is a mother of two, and Leontine, a life coach, is a mother of four. You don't need a spiritual background, just an openness to rest, reflect, and be with other women.

I'm coming alone — will I know anyone?

Most women come solo. By Friday night's opening ceremony you're already among sisters, and the weekend is built around connection from the very first evening.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. At checkout, choose PayPal Pay Later to set up a payment plan for your tuition.

Is there a discount for younger women?

Yes. Women 26 and under receive 10% off any room type.

What's actually included in the price?

Two nights of lodging in your chosen room type, all meals, snacks and tea all day, all four Rose ceremonies and teachings, and all ceremonial materials. The only thing not included is your travel to Rolling Ridge.

Come home to your radiance.
