Join us for a hands-on afternoon of dough, decoration, and a whole lot of fun as we turn simple focaccia into a savory or a sweet creation. Learn the secrets to that perfectly airy, olive-oil-kissed crumb, then choose your own adventure: go savory, go sweet, or split your dough and do both.

What you'll do:

• Mix and shape your own focaccia dough from scratch

• Learn the dimpling and stretching techniques that give focaccia its signature texture

• Design a savory loaf with caramelized onion swirls, rosemary "wheat stalks," roasted squash "leaves," and cherry tomato pumpkins

• Or design a sweet loaf with cinnamon-sugar swirls, honey drizzle, fig and pear slices, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt

• Bake it up, golden and gorgeous, right in our kitchen

• Sip something cozy while you wait (because good bread takes a little patience)
