Emotional Alchemy: Turn Your Biggest Challenges Into Your Greatest Gifts
All of us carry hidden beliefs about who we are and what’s possible for us, and they shape more of our lives than we realize. Our subconscious mind runs the program, filtering everything through limitations we never chose. Through meditation, journaling, and free-flowing movement, Greer guides the group through identifying what is quietly holding us back, deeply feeling the emotion associated with these stories, and then realizing the deeper truth. Participants leave with a felt shift, a return to love and faith, and a simple practice to come home to. No prior experience needed. Come as you are.
Wear clothes that you can move freely in, and bring water, a journal, and a pen.
Open to all and offered freely.
Abundance flows both ways, so give what you can.
