About this event
We will be sparring. Students should bring their own sparring equipment if they have it:
• Gloves
• Helmets
• Boots
• Mouthguards
• Cups (for male body students)
• Shin guards (optional)
• Chest protectors (optional)
• Wraps (optional)
There are extra helmets, gloves, boots, and shin guards to borrow from the school.
Our sparring is safe and consensual. The best sparring gear is communication with your partner!
