Line Dance Fitness — Learn It, Then Dance It!
New to line dancing? You’re welcome here! Our Line Dance Fitness class is designed to be fun, approachable, and non-intimidating , even if you’ve never done a line dance before.
Each class starts with a step-by-step lesson , so you’ll have a chance to learn the moves before we put them together with the music. No need to worry about knowing the steps ahead of time or keeping up with experienced dancers. We’ll break it down, practice it, and then dance it!
And while we love a good country song, this class is definitely not just country! Expect a fun mix of music and different styles to keep things fresh and entertaining.
It’s low impact, beginner-friendly, and all about having fun .
Come learn something new, get moving, and leave with a smile!
