About this event
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are “bathed” in sound and vibration instruments, such as gongs, chimes and crystal singing bowls. The sounds are slow and layered to gently guide you into a meditative state where you can restore, balance, release, stress, and calm you’re being.
