About this event

Theme: Curiosity DanceRx class is your chance to reset, refresh, and release. This class is a science-backed slice of self-care for a busy queen or king bee - curated to a feel-good playlist. We’ll begin with a quick journal prompt and a chill version of the DivaDance warmup, followed by some stretch-and-hold sequences. You’ll learn a low impact DivaDance lyrical routine inspired by our theme of class with just enough cardio to release those happy chemicals without getting too sweaty. We’ll do some intentional breathing before some end-of-class stillness (zzzz’s optional!) Please bring a journal or plan to make notes in your phone and a mat to keep our floor work comfy. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist! You'll be bumped in and notified via email/text if anyone cancels (can happen up until class time)! If you're on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend class, please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist. Cancelation policies (see below) will apply to those bumped in from the waitlist. For non members, you'll have to purchase a pass to join the waitlist (if you don't get in, you can use the pass for another class - just be mindful of when the pass expires!) Cancelation Policy: Spots in classes are limited and advance sign-up is required. If you aren't able to make it to a class you signed up for, just log into your account to cancel at least 12 hours before your class and there's no penalty (so for a 7 PM class, just cancel by 7 AM). We can not cancel classes via email/text. -For those on an unlimited plan, late cancels (canceling less than 12 hours before class) will be assessed a $10 late cancel fee. No shows you'll be assessed a fee equal to the cost of a single drop in (see location website for latest price). -For those on a limited plan/pass, a pass will be deducted. We don't offer refunds on any classes, memberships, passes, workshops, performance squad, or apparel.
