About this event

Friday Morning Workshop

Neurographic art is a mindful, intuitive drawing process that combines flowing lines, organic shapes, and vibrant color to quiet your inner critic and awaken your natural creative flow. Join instructor Liz Heichelbech for this two-hour, playful, and restorative Neurographic Art Workshop — designed to spark creativity, deepen connection, and bring more joy into everyday life. This class is offered monthly.

Limited seats available. Registration closes November 10.

In this guided Neurographic Art class, we slow down together, experiment freely, and create in a warm, welcoming community where the creative process matters far more than the finished product. Through simple, structured exercises rooted in mindful art-making, you’ll relax, play, and trust your intuition — and along the way, discover unexpected insights through drawing.

What You’ll Practice:

• First, reconnect with your creativity in a low-pressure, beginner-friendly space

• From there, practice mindfulness through drawing, color, and intuitive mark-making

• As you go, cultivate self-expression, imagination, and creative confidence

• Meanwhile, experience the joy of making art in a supportive community setting

• Finally, embrace curiosity, spontaneity, and the freedom of “not knowing”
