About this event
What to expect:
We provide blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and hot tea. You arrive to settle in, and then we welcome the group with a short guided body scan/meditation before the sound healing begins. You will rest into the moment for ~35-40 minutes and then be gently guided back to the present.
Listed by Constellation (Wix Events), gathered by the Lowell events calendar.
