About this event

Cinnamon rolls are having a moment —and we’re here for it! You’ve seen the giant, gooey, over-the-top cinnamon rolls taking over Instagram and TikTok, and now it’s time to learn how to make them yourself.

In this hands-on baking class , you’ll learn the secrets to making irresistibly soft, fluffy, bakery-worthy cinnamon rolls three delicious ways : classic cinnamon sugar, decadent pistachio, and indulgent salted caramel. You’ll get hands-on with the dough, fillings, shaping, and baking, so you can recreate the viral-worthy rolls at home.

While your cinnamon rolls bake, we’ll also whip up a Bacon, Sage & Butternut Squash Frittata with a chef-led demonstration—because every great brunch needs something savory to balance all that sweetness.

And, of course, we’ll be sipping warm, spiced Mulled Cider throughout class.

Come hungry, leave with cinnamon rolls, and get ready to make the kind of breakfast pastry that belongs on your feed. Fluffy. Gooey. Over-the-top. Completely irresistible.
