About this event
All are welcome. Find more ease in your body, heart and mind with gentle yoga poses. Our focus will be stability, balance, and flexibility. We have mats and straps to lend.
Liz Elliott has been studying, practicing and teaching yoga since 2006 in San Francisco, Saigon, and at Harvard Design School. Her classes are uplifting and joyful. There will be garden grown teas to share after class. Join us!
