American Mosaic

Miclot Chamber Music Society | 6th Season

In celebration of America's 250th anniversary, Miclot Chamber Music Society proudly presents American Mosaic , a chamber music concert honoring the diverse cultural voices, artistic traditions, and shared experiences that have shaped America's musical identity.

Featuring an exceptional ensemble of musicians from New York and Boston, the program brings together works by Antonín Dvořák, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Eric Ewazen, Sang Jin Kim, and James Ra. Through a rich blend of classical masterpieces and contemporary American compositions, American Mosaic explores themes of cultural exchange, immigration, artistic expression, and the shared human experiences that connect us through music.

Presented as part of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) America 250 initiative , this special concert celebrates the contributions of immigrant and Asian American artists to the nation's vibrant cultural landscape.
