About this event
Authentic Movement with Linda Ugelow
Monday, October 19 7:00 – 9:00 PM Calvary Church, 300 Mass. Ave., Arlington .
Moving and Being Moved
• A practice of inner listening, where your body uncovers what is true for you – eyes closed, no music, no steps, moving from impulse, witnessed in unconditional friendliness.
• The space to be unapologetically yourself – no experience is necessary, come as you are.
• We begin with a guided exploration and we close with time to write, draw, and share for connection and grounding.
