Workplace Reflective Practice 1-Day Workshop | Boston, MA Certificate: Strive Wisdom Course Completion Certificate, Duration: 1 Day, Course Delivery: Classroom / Virtual / On-site, Language: English, Credits: 8 Course Overview Reflective Practice is an approach to examining and developing our thoughts, actions, and experiences. It can help people clarify and refine self-improvement practices, support personal development, teaching and coaching, and contribute to organizational improvement. Reflective Practice encourages clearer thinking and helps reduce emotional bias. This Workplace Reflective Practice training is suitable for people across an organization. It helps participants review and improve their working practices and contribute to better business performance—whether they work on the shop floor or in a head office. Course Contents Reflective Practice supports continuous professional development by helping employees stay current with ideas and methods, develop emotional intelligence through reflection on feelings and behavior, and identify opportunities for individual and organizational improvement. It is an adaptable process that can be used alongside other approaches to training, learning, personal development, and self-improvement. Participants will explore how reviewing their own thoughts and actions can support future growth. Course Topics
