Small Business Saturday Open Studios

About this event

Celebrate Small Business Saturday on Saturday, November 28th at Western Avenue Studios & Lofts with a special edition of Open Studios dedicated to the independent artists, makers, and creative entrepreneurs who call the building home.

Western Avenue Studios & Lofts is not just a place to shop. It is a working creative ecosystem where hundreds of small businesses are built studio by studio. On this day, visitors are invited to meet the people behind the work, hear the stories behind the process, and support local livelihoods by buying directly from the source.

With 5 floors to explore, guests can move through open studios filled with original art, handcrafted goods, and thoughtfully made pieces that reflect care, skill, and individuality. Every purchase supports a small business rooted in Lowell and helps sustain a vibrant creative community.

This special Open Studios event offers a meaningful alternative to big box shopping and a chance to keep your holiday dollars local while connecting with the artists who make it possible.
