About this event
This 30-minute class is intended for 3–10-year-olds. (not a hard stop at 3 or 10 yrs) They will strengthen their bodies through yoga poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises, and relaxation/visualization techniques. All this happens while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imaginations! Parents can join the class too or have a coffee and relax while your kiddos get their wiggles out.
Rate
$15 per child or $30 for a family
